1. OUR PROMISE & RETURN WINDOW

We offer returns for any reason, including change of mind, subject to the conditions listed below.

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request. This extended window gives you plenty of time to ensure your purchase is perfect.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, resalable condition:

  • Unworn and Unused (items must not have been washed, altered, or used).
  • With all original tags attached and included in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation or details).
2. HOW TO START A RETURN

Please do not send your product back to us without guidance. Unauthorized returns may result in processing delays or rejection.

  1. Initiate Request: Email our support team at support@ouibebe.com with the following information:
    • Your order number and full name.
    • The specific reason for your return (e.g., Change of Mind, Wrong Size Ordered, or Defective Item).
    • For defective or damaged products, you must attach clear photos or a video of the product fault.
  2. Confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with approval confirmation and detailed instructions, including the authorized return address.
3. SHIPPING COSTS & RESPONSIBILITY

The responsibility for shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:

A. Our Error (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item)

If the return is due to an error on our part, we cover all costs:

  • Return Shipping: We will provide a free, pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Original Shipping Fee (OSF) Refund: The Original Shipping Fee paid with your order will be fully refunded along with the item price.

B. Customer Reasons (Change of Mind, Wrong Size Ordered)

If the return is for reasons of personal preference or customer error:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. For your convenience, we will provide a shipping label, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Original Shipping Fee (OSF) Refund: The Original Shipping Fee paid with your order is non-refundable and will not be credited back to you.
4. REFUNDS & TIMING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or after your cancellation request is approved), we will notify you via email of the approval status and the final refund amount.

Final Refund Calculation

  1. For Our Errors: You receive a 100% refund (Item Price + Original Shipping Fee).
  2. For Customer Reasons: You receive a refund for the item value only (Original Shipping Fee and Return Shipping Fee are deducted).

Processing Time

  • Approved funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3–5 business days to process and post the credit to your account.
5. EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/size due to our error.

  • If the replacement item is available, we will ship it to you free of charge after receiving your return.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., preference), we require you to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. If a cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund within 7 days.
